Returns & Refunds
All returns must be made within 30 days of the confirmation email. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we regret that we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unassembled (if applicable) and have all its tags still attached.
Once your product has been returned, inspected and if a refund has been approved, a credit will be applied using your original method of payment within 10 days. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, please contact your credit card company as it make take time before your refund is officially posted. Should you encounter any difficulties, please contact us by email to email@example.com for assistance.
Sale or Discounted Products
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
Should you wish to exchange a product, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please note that any delivery charges paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Personalised Items or Products Made to Order
Products which have been personalised or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
